yep - plan to file brand new PERM in mid april

I'm interested in filing labor under EB 2 Category in PERM on March 28,2005.I have already filed labor under EB 3 category in Nov 04.Now My employer is suggesting me to file another labor under EB 2 category in PERM with out cancelling the previous application.I don't know how is it going to work.
My job description should meet the EB 2 category requirements as it is a Oracle CRM Functional Lead position and i have masters from U.S and 2 years experience in it.Can any one suggest me on this?
