PERM Filing fee

My attorney told me that PERM filing fee will be higher - another heard that from their attorney.

The Fee has not been decided yet.
 
There is no fee for filing PERM application. This may change in the future.

hi guys :)

I have a one quick question.. Hope some one on this forum would be able to clear my doubt.. Thanks in advance..

Am in the process of filing my GC using the recent PERM process... My attorney says that she would be filing my case under EB3 category :( .. I wanna know if there is any clear cut criteria set by Dept of Labour stating that a job requires xyz min qualification :confused: ..
she said that i qualify for eb3 as the post which i hold req only BS plus 3 min qualification.. Despite me having BS puls 6 yrs experience am not able to be qualified for EB2 :cool: ...
Hence kindly let me know if there is any criteria or a list prepared by Dept of Labor which states that a particular job req only x or y or z as min qualification for executing the task..
