Perm filed,but...

My Perm was filed from Chicago on 2/16/2006 on EB3, but four days into the application we haven't got any sponsorship email or phone call from DOL yet. Should I be worried? The case status does show 'In process' from the moment it was submitted.

Was this a refile? DOL has reported some issues with generation of sponsorship emails. It will help if you send an email to the helpdesk reporting this problem. Their email is PLC.HELP@dol.gov

creativw10, can you please point us to some links where DOL has acknowledge the problem with generation nad delivery of sponsorship emails?

It is a refile case

Creative10, thanks very much for your help. Yes, it is a refile case. My lawyer made a mistake on my previous filing. He filed in less than 30 days after the post of second newspaper ad. Her I am, six-year H1B expires on 2/11/2007 and don't know if we have problem with the refile case. The lawyer thinks it is no need to worry in terms of no sponsorship email. Very frustrating.
 
In that case you need not worry. If it is a refile within a short period, the system does not send an email since it has already sent that email for the same individual before.
