Hi

My employer is willing to support my LC through a PERM.
When I approached an attorney, he is quoting $5000 fee
for the entire process. Can anybody tell me what is it
typically?

PERM fee

There are no typical fees. Lawyers have yet to figure out the actual costs of PERM. Actually, your employer/HR can file PERM without an attorney. PERM is very simple and the need for an attorney may no longer be there, at least not in a tdaditional sense. Perhaps a couple of consultations regarding the recruitment job description and job advertisement, but the application itself is done electronically and extremely easy and can easily be done by your HR.
