Hello Gurus,
Could you please enlighten me how to handle this scenario? My PERM labor certification is approved in november 2005. Our company HR manager who is the employer representative for immigration left the company(his name is entered for employer contact information) before november. Now i have my perm labor approval in hand. My question is, who should sign this labor approval because right now, all immigration stuff is assigned to a different person(not a HR manager). Thanks for your help.

No problem...

This should be a very common situation when previous companies from which we get experience letters may not exist....nothing is certain. If somebody else signs in that document representing the HR....it should be fine...maybe a small note there can make a difference or attach another letter to it...

INS will understand going forward...idea is that somebody in the company will vouch for your labor.

It is normal for all previous LC process, so you don't need to worry. Remember regular LC takes years to complete :)
