PERM EB2 Approved in 2 days , heading for I-140

I had PD of Jan 2002(EB3) and tired of waiting to my date become current.
So I decided to go for PERM(EB2)(Got my Master's here while on H1). It was really overwhelming for me that my PERM EB2 is approved within 2 days. At last my run for labor has ended.

So, now I am heding towards I-140. My question to all gurus here is, what way I will go either Adjustment of Status or Counsellor Processing?

Please advise.

Is your EB2-PERM from the same employer or a different one?

If u r not froom retrogressed countries, you can file for AOS, rather than CP. Most people recommend AOS which is safer.

so if ur eb-3 pd is 2002 jan,now if ur i-140 for eb-2 approves can you apply for i-485 under eb-2 but with old pd of eb-3 ie 2002?

I don't think he even cleared his old labor let alone clear the I-140 with that labor. So no he cannot. His new PD is whenever he applied for EB2 based on my assumption.
