I filed my Labor not under perm and got the approval and have the I-140 approved too. I had filed in EB3 category. My lawyer is saying that I can file my case in PERM EB2 and still maintain the Priority Date. I have a Masters Degree with 7years of US experience, can anyone tell me whether this is feasible and have gone through this process before ? appreciate your inputs
