My employer today told me that my perm application got denied and they are waiting for the hard copy of the same. I am hoping that I fall into one of the wrongly denied cases. Anyway, we applied in EB2 with me having morethan 8 years of experience (but my attorney used only 5.5 years of that). I have a Mechanical Engg background though I am working for technology company as IP software engineer. Does this effect in anyway? Please let me know your comments.
