Here is my situation:
1. Job started Aug 2004, H1B, College Teacher
2. Paper Filed PERM Sept 2005 , Special Handling
3. Audited and provided the copies of all files required.
4. Rejected with reason" Need original signature" (We provided the Chair of the department's signature. Is that wrong? Or do they refer to the original paper work not the copies)
What should I do now? What category should I refile since 18 months already passed and I can't flie through teacher special handling? Anyone has great suggestions?
