perm denied twice!emergency pls help.

My perm got denied twice and the reason given both the time was that "the alien does not meet minimum requirements".

Details as follows
1. Minimum Education Required: Bachelors
2. Major Field of Study: Engineering
3. Is training required in the job opportunity: No
4. Is experience in the job offered required for the job? Yes, 12 months
5. Is there an alternation field of study that is acceptable: Yes, Physics
6. Is there an alternation combination of education and experience that is acceptable: Yes (Masters+0)

I qualify under the alternate combination of education and experience. (J19) (My qualifications: MS in mechanical engineering+0yrs exp)

The application got denied twice in last three weeks. Can anybody please help. My ads will expire in couple of weeks. If somebody can provide some input i can use it to discuss with my lawyer.

thank u for the reply.The application does state that any suitable "combination of education, training or experience is acceptable". But still it got rejected stating that the alien doesn't qualify. Does anybody know what could be happening?

Make sure primary requirements are substantially equivalent to alternative requirements. BS+1 is no way equivalent to MS+0.

PERM process is a very stupid process i have ever seen, only thing you need to care about the right filing ,right filing of eta means you have to answer such things which PERM matrix like to hear, so it all depends on your lawyer how much expertise he has, to handle the case, if your lawyer is doing experiments on you and he dont know anything then you will be screwed up so many times like my previous lawyer was playing with me.
Remember Never trust on lawyers always keep chasing your case your self otherwise you never gona know what has happened and they will keep screwing you up ( BE AWARE of chandler sharma law firm)....
hiring a lawyer is better then filing it ur self but keep knocking them up....just an advise
