PERM Denied - Reapplying process

My PERM was denied with the reason that the application was submitted 30 days prior to the expiry of the SWA job order. I have to reapply for PERM with a new application. Can I use the same Newspaper ads and SWA job order or should I give out new ads and submit a new SWA job order for reapplying ?
 
Yes you can, my first PERM was denied for the same reason. I submitted after 30 days with same information and it was approved.
