My perm was denied due to the mistake made by DOL. The company can only allows me to file PERM by mail, so it needs to be input to the computer at DOL. The person didn't input the complete information, and caused my case denied due to insufficient ads (I have all the ads run, just they didn't enter the data!)
Since 180 days have passed from the first ad, I can only appeal. Anyone has any idea how long this will take? Should I just give up and try to find another company? This company gave me so much hard time for applying GC. When it eventually went through, I got such a result! :'(
