I have applied for PERM labour processing in mid december 2006. The processing ceneter is Atlanta. I received a denial letter from DOL this week stating that, "The DOL denied the application because they could not verify the company as a bonafide entity." Could someone suggest me what documents i need to provide to request a review/appeal the denial. Is this denial can be resolved??? Experts please advise.
