My PERM application was filed in July 2009 and got denied in March 2010. A motion for reconsideration was filed in April 2010. I understand that these appeal applications are taking around 2 years time for processing. So I expect the result of the application to come by 2012. If by any chance it gets denied again and my term for H1B also expires, what are my options?
We is the possibility of filing another labor application through my current employer. Is this an option that I can ask my HR to pursue. I was going through some immigration forums and people seemed to have a divided opinion on this subject.
