EB3 PERM filed on Nov 2008 and on Jan5, 2011 deniel notice received. DOL denied the application because they said that we failed to include “specific skills or other requirements” in all of our recruitment steps". But my atorney saying that "this denial is clearly in error because we are not actually required to do that" and thinks that the DOL needs to improve their training on these issues for their people. Finally Our lawyer wants to fight this by appeal. Attorney said, he will send for appeal next week. Do you guys know how long will take time to get approval from DOL since it is their error ?.
