My PERM application was filed on dec 16 '05 It has been more than 80 days but i did not get any approval notices.
The attorney or the employer continue to deny revealing the case number, which is making the wait all the more frustrating.
Mine is a pretty straight forward case(MS + 1 year).
Please help with your valuable instructions, as what is the best way t find out the status of my case.
