I am in a strange scenerio and Paralegal doesn't know the answer. Attorney's office filed PERM with Chicago ctr on March 15, the status is still showing " In process" as of today. But soon after filling she called the employer to confirm & verify the reponse of PERM filling email usually generated to employer by DOL for verify, the employer never received the email from DOL.
Now they don't know what to do, Is their any one else in the same boat.
To simplify, when the attorney filled the PERM for Alien through a employer created subaccount, the DOL always send a email to employer soon after the PERM filling to confirm and verify for further processing. My email ? either never sent out or get lost.
Not sure how to act without wasting any time( according to attorney's office the email time frame from DOL is within 48 hr of filling.
Please help us if their is any information on this subject.
