I would be completing 6 years on H-1B in April 2006, that implies my Labor cert must be filed by April 2005 in order to be eligible for 6 th year extension.
I believe Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) must be conducted before one can file for labor cert in PERM process.
1. Would SWAs be in a position to provide PWD prior to March 28th so that labor cert application can be filed using PERM on March 28th.
2. Paper ads must be placed for at least 30 days, does it have to done AFTER Prevailing Wage Determination or can it happen in parallel.
Any suggestions considering the criticality of the filing time are welcome...

Sandeep
