PERM Audit Case Any Info?

My PERM labor was filed in early Aug 2005. In ealry Sep DOL asked to submit Job Ads and some documentation and my employer also submitted the ETA form by mail. In second week of Jan 2006 I have been told that my case has been picked up as an audit case (What a bad luck I have:( ). Is any one has any information about audit cases like how long it takes to process? are those cases is still pending to start procesing? what are things involved in audit? Please provide me as much info as u ca..n please...please please

Perm Audit

I have a similar case but much worse. My perm was applied on March 29th. Went on Audit. They responded requesting justification for EB2. 1 page justification was forwarded to DOL. The online system says approved since last 2 months. No hard copy received until now. Labor department claims there is some glitch in the system.....

Not all cases will be this bad. You just need to respond to their queries and wait.
