- got my PERM approval in EB2 last month.
- Job position requires Masters with 1 year experience.
- I have a US Masters in Comp Eng.
- Lawyer made a mistake in PERM application: Instead of showing 1yr experience as 'Teaching Assistant' at US college, he put 1 yr as 'Software Engineer' at college.
- My experience letter from my prof clearly says 'Teaching Assistant'
- Tried but cant get new letter from prof.
- What should I do ? Go ahead with I-140 or reapply PERM with the mistake corrected ?
- Is there a procedure for correcting mistakes in PERM application ?
