PERM applied Sep 26,2005 - still pending

Hi- My application date for PERM is Sep 26,2005 from New York. I have not heard anything. My lawyer says there are significant delays with the processing.

- Is it true that Sep applications are seeing delays?
- Is anyone having the same experience? Is there a way to track the progress?
- How much time does it take to get EAD after labor clearance?

All my LC on Sep for my comp are clear (but we are in the silicon valey, not the same center with you).

About the time to take EAD, assume you are EB2 worldwide and by the time your application approved there are still visa available, it takes at least 3-4 months for EAD (assume you can submit I140/485/765 immediately).
