PERM application please help

Hello,

I have a problem in my PERM application.

In my past experience lawyer mistakenly put wrong state everything else like street name and city, zip are correct. The only problem is that the state information is wrong.

We recieved PERM sponsorship email and was promptly answered and confirmation email was also recieved.

Will I have a problem with PERM or I-140 or I-485 because of this small mistake. Please reply I am nearing my 6 years and I will have to pull out this app right now if that is a problem in the future.

You can ask your lawyer to withdraw the PERM immediately, fix the mistake and refile immediately after fixing. You will get a new sponsorship email and then you can proceed further...

Note that withdrawal of 9089 can be done if your case status is not "Denied" or "Audit Review". Withdraw it ASAP if the status is still "In Process".

Also, all your recruitment will still be valid for refiling if you have not crossed 180 days since the start date of recuitment.

Thanks for the reply, I understand it is easy to withdraw, unfortunately I do not have the ads valid anymore. I may have to start all over again. I want to know how bad it could get because of that state mismatch?
