PERM and Software Glitches

Thanks everybody in this forum and giving their valuable time and experience.

My employer for the past one week telling that, his lawyer could not file my PERM application because there is software problem which is throwing all the cases.

Also, is it true lawyer could file PERM application, I heard that only employer has to file the PERM application?
 
Problems with PERM Online!!

My lawyer said the same thing that he was having trouble with filling out the application online and it kept rejecting the application. He mentioned something about not checking the box for N/A in the application if the answer to the question refering to it before is "no".

Your employer needs to create an account for the attorney to be able to go online and file on the company's behalf. The website for PERM also says that the employer can create an sub account for you to check the status of your case.

My petition was filed by my attorney 2 weeks back and got my LCA number, but now he says that he cannot find the application online and it seems to be some software glitch.

Can you please point me to the link where it says employee can have sub account, so that I can ask my employer to create a sub account for me.

Also he says when he logs in to his account, his lawyer login gets kicked out. So it will be problem for Lawyer to do concurrent activities, can you tell me how for this is true.
 
Sub Account

Can any one share the experience of having access to PERM case by sub account created specifically for employee.
 
My attorney said she would file my application Last wednesday and she got back to me today saying that they tried multiple times but the application was not accepted. After one week she is responding me today saying this reason. I am not sure what I can do. The 180 day period on my ads would have been reached by 17th June.

I was waiting for PERM for so long that it would work for me, being a very big attorney she spoiled everything that meant after all the money I put in. I don't know whom to look forward to now.

My PERM petition was denied today. I am not sure who messed up, my HR, the attorney or the PERM software. Now, i have to wait for the denial letter which can take a couple of days to upto a month and then see why it got denied. In the meanwhile, my joborder was placed back in Jan, which means if i do not file before the end of the month, i will have to redo the whole thing again, and wait 30 days for job order and 30 days after that, which puts me into trouble getting my 7th yr H-1B extension (sep 2006). Looks like I might be heading back to school next yr, and right now I am so pis*** that I wont even apply to any US schools.
