Could you please share your knowledge and experience with applying PERM/140 thru a small firm with less than 10 employees please.

Also, we are a small very niche mgmt consulting firm doing specialized work. Its a C Corporation.
I recieved my H-1b transfer in one month, if that means anything - maybe reputation of the comapny within CIS.
