I am on an L1B Visa and my wife has an L2 EAD.
Both of these expire on April 31 2011.
My employer had decided to start the GC process (PERM/I140) for me mid November 2010.
Kindly help answer the following questions:
1. How will my GC processing impact my wifes job that she currently holds on an L2 EAD. Will that change in any way. Does I140 impact the L2 EAD?
2. My daughters passport expires in January 2011 - can I still add her to the GC process.
3. Is this going to be too late starting now considering that April 2011 is almost around the corner.
