Further to my question below, one more query about filing under PERM
I was reading the website of an immigration lawyer, who seemed to state that if you use the above website and your job is a Job Zone 4 then you can only file as EB3 but with a job zone 5 you can file EB2. If I look under auditor it is a Job Zone 4, but I will be an audit manager, is this still a Job Zone 4??? Sorry to keep hassling, I am meeting my potential employers on Monday, and they want a few details before they use an immigration lawyer.. Thanks!!
