Hello, can anyone offer advise? I have been working for my employer since March 06, in September 06 they filed for PERM for me. They had to re-advertise my job, place the work order with SWA etc. which they did. If PERM is approved and I have to send in details of my work experience it is going to show me working for this employer for 8 months - we did check teh box saying that I was currently working for them so there is nothing underhand here. I am hoping that if PERM is approved my I140 will be OK with my current and past job descriptions. I am applying under EB3 skilled worker, Administrative Assistant, I have 15 years experience in this job and my current title is Administative Assistant, my previous job title was Office CoOrdinator I hope that this title is seen as the same when in fact it was the same work just a different title.
