My company(X) bought another consulting company(Y)an year ago. But they are not merged. Both are being operated with their won names but run by the same owner(My employer). I have my pending EB3 labour with company X and I got 45 days letter from DOL also. My employer is willing to process PERM for me with company Y in EB2 as a FUTURE EMPOYEE. Is there any risk invloved in filing like that. Is it better to move to company Y once PERM labor is approved with Y?
