Currently I have filed a prevailing wage application with SWA. It has been pending for about a month now. I was told by my lawyer that we need to wait till the SWA gets back to us with the wage scale before placing the advertisements required by PERM.
But recently I have been told that one can start the advertisement even before SWA send us the wage scale. Is this true? Has anyone done this?
Any information regarding this will be highly appreciated.
