My PERM process will be started soon. There is going to be a spin off of the division I work for in the company, into another company. My designation, job description, salary and everything else will pretty much remain the same except I will be working for the new company, but the timeline is not clear yet. I wonder if this means that my PERM will be repeated again after I work in the new company.
This is my fourth year under H1b, please help
