My lawyer has crafted an advt. which is a two line description of required skill set. Also, the advt has only the mailing address and NO fax or email-id for applying.
Will this trigger a problem with PERM?
Ad has been placed in a local newspaper( incl. newspaper's website) and on the company website and company internal bulletin board.
Is this sufficient?
Will this satisfy PERM requirements? or trigger a query?
