Perm Advertisement - No Company name

The name of the company missed in the Sunday paper advertisement. Instead the fax number and eamil (with a company name as a username address) was given. Would that be a problem?

Why do you want to risk your case? It is best to explicitly put the company's name.

My company has a long name, but still they put it in the Sunday newspaper ads even though this made the ad more expensive (because of the extra characters).

Can be in case of audit, if no audit - you're fine. I have yet to hear about audit on PERM LC, but i'm not monitoring too closely lately...
Bottom line - i agree, why risk your application?
 
Even if it is not audited and if it gets approved, DOL can come back before the end of 5 yrs from the date of filing and invalidate the already certified PERM application. This can lead to invalidation of greencard (if u have already obtained it).

DOL reserves the right to investigate the PERM labor documents for upto 5 years after filing it.

Why risk it?
