Period of sending the letters?

Hi All,
My case is AF0003xxx , and I still didn't send my letters , what is the last period to send the letters ? I can't send it now because I don't know which city I will live in for the next two months so that I can't write where should I have the Interview in the Embassy ...

is the city you might live far from the present city? I mean time is crucial in the DV & your number 0003xxxx ain't hight but it is not that low

I'm living in UAE , but I'm Egyptian , and in anytime I can leave the country here ( break the contract) ...

Call the KCC & tell them, one of us could give you a respinse but it could be false (doesn't mean we meant to misslead you but we do not know everything so wa can make mistakes), just call the KCC, they are still open
