People with I140 ND Jun 2003 are getting approved (Vermont svc) ??

Guys,

Was going through this forums for I140 related issues. I have 140 ND of Aug 12 2003. I noticed that some of the people on this
forum with Notice date of May/Jun 2003 are getting their 140 approved lately. I am sure this mut be correct ? Any specifics regarding this ...Can somebody shed some light as to what exactly processing dates (for Vermont Svc) are....

PS: currently dates are Jan 2003. Not sure if this is correct ?

Can somebody help me here please ????

They've been processing cases in a somewhat random way. While some 2002 cases are still pending, a case filed as recent as 90 days ago could get approved. I would think these cases are still exceptions. The published processing date should be more accurate guidelines.

Well i havent seen any Jun2003 cases getting approved. My NDdate is also in jun and waiting anxiously for any Jun approval.
If u find any post with Jun approval kindly pass on the details to me.

My RD is May 8, 2003.

DOnt have a clue how much longer its going to take!! Cant wait to get out of this waiting game

You are well placed with completion of finger printing. Whenever Aril 2003 I485 is taken up you would be in first batch of approval. I hope we get the finger print notice soon.

My RD is April 8, 2003 but i am in EB3 Category. Do you still think i have a chance of getting approval in 8 weeks from now.

freak case

I think that is a totally freak case and not the norm at all. I don't see anyone else even close getting approved.
 
Is it I140 or I485?

There are I140 EB2 cases with ND 01/27/03 have been approved. Please search for thread started by Sanga.

Following the trend it appears that I140s with April 03 ND would be touched around March/April 04.

I485 December 02 approval is a freak...and we will see more freaks like that in next few weeks (with FP2 expiration theory).
