People who did FP at Alexandria, VA and others too..

I know a couple of people were to do their FP at Alexandria, VA support center last week.. can you please tell me
how it went? for all the \'be careful not to cut your fingers\', I managed to cut 2 fingers (one at the tip very near the horizontal
nail line and another on the thumb mostly to the side.. small ones but noticeable tho) do they take FP of the whole finger tips
 or just the finger pads? bcos, if it is just the pads, there might not be any problems.. I dont know what to do - should i
postpone mine or go ahead? (Mine is scheduled to be tommorrow)..I cant believe this is happening..

Well, I had a small cut on one of my fingers. When I went there to the Alexandria support center, they did ask me to show my palm. THey didn\'t see any issue with my cut on one of my fingers. I think, as long as you don\'t have a major rash/cuts on the fingers, you should be fine.

Thank you visitor for the reply.. the cuts I have are monir - you know paper cuts - but visible.. so did they take printing
of your palms too?

Nope, no printing of palms. I did feel that the guys out there did a good job of taking the finger prints properly without rushing things in.

I checked with FBI and was told that they successfully received and passed on my FP info to INS the same day I had done my FP.

FP Check - FBI (304)625-5590 option 4, and provide your Axxxx number to find the status to the support person.
