my case got approved after interviewed. however, my spouse's case is pending because the FBI check has not been back. It is 4 months now. Anybody have any idea on how to speed up the process? Or anybody want to share some similar experience?
this FBI security check is different from the FBI FP check and seems more malicious. there is no way to track down the problem (if anyone knows how, please help) and there is a long wait.
