Well Has anybody thought of calling after hours if they only want to listen to the automated message
That way you do not hold up people who need to speak to an IIO
Everybody wants to dial in the morning and just play around in the system even if there is no good reason to do that.Just to listen to AVM. WHY????
Wake up at 1:00 am and do that
I think INS should start monitoring the calls made and take some action
It is not the phone lines it is dumb callers like me, you and everybody else who is keeping the lines busy
The numbers were never this busy last year it has alll started 5-6 months back when everybody who had an application to INS wantd to call in
