\'Pending\' without RFE

Any \'pending\' guys approved recently? Specifically guys \'pending\' with no RFE, nothing (I-140 for consular and I-485 filed) and having ND

ND Sep 25th. I 140 approved for CP. I called IIO and she said requested info form NVC.

I am afraid this CP->I485 can cause horrible delay when you are dealing with two bureaucracies transfering files. I believe eventually you will get approval but could be a significant delay, 3 months? 6 months? who understands INS! Hope someone has gone through similar situation can shed some lights.
