Pending new H1B for 10months :(

My new H1B was filed last June 25, 2002 in CSC and pending for almost 10 months now. I haven't heard anything since then. I always check the online inquiry but read the same message :(

Has anyone in CSC around my date got approval of their NEW H1B? Among the list in the CSC JIT Report, where does new H1b belong? Pls. enlighten me. Your help would greatly ease the burden.

H1B case

Hi Penguin,

My new H1B was filed in May 2002. For 10 months of long waiting, CSC-BCIS is finally taking actions on my case though they're asking additional evidence (Original Contract of Employment) as normally it does. They sent the RFE on the 11th of March 2003; I sent my reply on April 21st. I'm just crossing my fingers then for a positive result on my case. Don't worry, that will come out so soon.
