After my 2nd Aos interview DAO gave us a paper out of 6 options one was checked that my case has been held because of fingerprints/fbi/security clearance which is required before getting any immigration benefits. Allow us 90 days from todays date or from the date of of your fingerprints for any inquiry on this case. he also mentioned interview was over he was nice gentleman is that mean I130 is approved?, is name check same as security clearance? i have to give FP since first one expired. I never had any illegal status since the time i am here can i travel on AP? will i need to log out as per NSEER requirements before I leave this country.
