Pending MTR and EAD/AP status

If I have a pending MTR at NSC on 485 denial due to withdrawal of an approvable 140 after 180+ days of concurrent filing, what is the exact status of my EAD and AP?

Are they reinstated (meaning good to use) while the MTR is pending?
pl. provide your thoughts.

They will end on the expiration dates. But you can resume your EAD and AP after you win the MTR.

As per my lawyer, USCIS generally do not revoke the EAD when they deny I-485. But, you will not be able to renew it. However, your status will be "unlawfull" from the day 485 is denied. You have to leave before 180 days on this status. I don't know about AP though. Also, if your 485 case is re-opened by USCIS, you will be able to renew you EAD.

I have the same case ..please help

I have pending MTR and my EAD is about to expire in August 2005.
I have applied for the renewal and waiting for the approval.

But I wanted to know what to assume.

After I filed my MTR, i received anotice that TSC will process my case in TSC and will not send it to Washington ( National Service Center).

Also I received my second I-485 fingerprint notice in Feb 2005 (8 months from July 2004 when I filled my MTR) .
Do i consider my I-485 reopened?

Also my online status of I-485 case never said denied but I did receive NOID based on the revokation of I-140 by my previous employer.

What should I consider?
