Iam working for company A which has applied my LC in June 2003.
LC is still pending.I haven't gotten my 45 day letter yet.
6th year H1B ending in April 2006.I need to apply my 7th year extension through company B using pending labor filed by company A?
Sent email to dallas and philly back log centers in the 2nd week of January. for screen shot but no response till now.
Please let me know how I can get the screen shot.
