Pending labor and H1 application

Has anyone got H1 extension visa approved with labor certification application pending less than a year?

Is it possible?

No. You do have to prove that the LC has been pending for at least a year before you are eligible to apply for the extension.

That's true...your Labor application needs to be pending for a year or greater before you are considered for the H1 7th year extension. Sorry if that was not the news you wanted to hear.
