Pending I485, should spouse get H1?

We ( includes) spouse have pending I485 with USCIS for some time. Currently I am on H1 and spouse on H4.

Is it advisable for spouse to file for H1B? What are the pros and cons? Please advice. Thanks!

WHY U NEED H1 for HER, EAD should be fine for her to work.

Ask lawyer for legality issue
