So how does one justify this period with no EAD and no valid H1.
Assume if one gets laid off ( after 180 days of filing 485 and I-140 approved). At this time he has no EAD aand employer cancels H1. Say the individual applies for EAD and in between an interview call or RFE comes in.
This is a really complicated web. In no other country I have seen this much intricacy.
