I140 (EB2 Labor) filed as unmarried; and is pending (will go for CP as written in I140). May get approved anytime. Planning to get married (spouse in US on H1 status). obviously, you want spouse name to be included before interview for GC at consulate!
questions:
1. how to add name of spouse to pending I140 application?
2. If I140 gets approved before marriage, then how do you get your spouse onboard your train to CP (consulate processing)?
