pending I-751 and unemplyoment

Hi,

I need advice with the following scenario...
I filed an I-751 petition for removal of my conditional residence (through marriage) in July 2008. My application is still pending - just transferred over from VCS to CSC. I was laid off 2 wks ago (lack of work) and have applied for unemployment insurance while I am looking for a new job (UI - still pending as well). Will that affect my I-751 petition? (My original GC expired in Sept 2008, but have a letter extending my employment authorization through Sept 2009).

I did search the forum several times...nothing came back in regards to i-751 + unemployment. checked the link you posted, that answered it. thanks.
