My I-485 is pending since Aug 2002. Recently I contacted FBI for the status of my background check, they told me someone is looking at my case. It is allmost a week, I didn't hear from them yet.
Do any one knows how long will it take to clear once the case is opened and an analyst is looking at it?
Another question, my parents are visiting us this summer. COuld anyone please tell what are the documents I need to send them for the Visa's (My I-485 is pending).
