I applied for I-485 in May 2002. when I did my I140 I applied for both CP and I-485. I got a letter from NVC to find out If I am going for CP. But It has been 16 months and no sign of FP so far. Normally I was told that when we apply I-485 BCIS or INS pulls our file from NVC to INS. but In my case this didn't happen. Can anyone tell me what to do? What are the options available to me?
