Hi i started processing my Green Card on January 2003(EB3). ie my Priority date is January 2003. I was a lucky one. I got my Labor in a Year. I-140 in 4 Month. And my I-485 got approved in a year. At that time Processing was current for all categories. Unfortunately my wife's I-485 get caught in FBI name check. It got cleared few months ago.
I have a few questions regarding my wife's case.
1) Does the priority date still applies to my wife.
2) Primary(Mine) I-485 got approved a year back. so Do they consider both cases as one approve my wife regardless of the priority dates.
3) Anybody in the same situation as mine.
